UCLan is preparing to make the student experience as authentic as possible for new and returning students in September. There will be fewer students on campus at any given time.

The Calendar now includes a Reflection Week, which is a time when you can approach your academic tutors to discuss your learning but that no formal teaching will be scheduled. These calendars may be subject to changes but they will be confirmed at least 12 months in advance. Cookies and Privacy Student Contract. What support is available? What funding is available?

In light of the global coronavirus situation, like many other universities we have decided to take the difficult decision to postpone the graduation ceremonies scheduled to take place in July I am sure you will appreciate it was not an easy decision nor was it taken lightly, but we have done it to protect the safety and wellbeing of our graduates, guests and staff. We recognise the importance of Graduation to your student experience and the need for you to join us on the UCLan campus, wear your gowns and celebrate your success with your family, friends and the University community.
Once we have the revised dates, which are now planned for December , these will be communicated to you and we hope that you will be able to celebrate your hard-earned success with family and friends as you had intended. Students from our partner institutions, where these partners also hold celebration ceremonies, will receive information about these direct from the Partner Institution. The University is now focusing on the processes required to ensure all our students formally graduate on time in July and whilst this will not be at a ceremony, results will be published as normal and documentation sent as soon as we are able to do so.
We appreciate your understanding at this very difficult and exceptional time and look forward to welcoming you to Graduation later in the year.
